Menopause is caused by hormone imbalance in women during early thirties to forties. With this there are a number of symptoms which are very evident during this period. Symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, irritability, and weight gain. However if a woman is already at her menopause age she should observe some habits that will truly help alleviate the symptoms. One, a regular exercise routine. Going for an exercise routine is always beneficial to the body, it is important to stretch and relax too. Relaxation helps you overcome depression related to menopause. A balanced diet is also a factor in ease of menopause symptoms. In addition Diet should be particularly high in Calcium and Phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens are naturally occurring compounds, similar to estrogens, found in plants.
