It doesn't matter whether sleep problems are caused by pain or full-blown insomnia, solving those problems can really help improve overall outlook and health. There are lots of ways to take care of sleep problems and this will not involve any harsh medications. The first thing to do is to determine what causes the sleep problems and appropriate action must be taken care of. There are also some simple solutions to remedy or prevent sleep problems like; getting a new bed, setting bedtime, exercise, diet and the use of natural sleep aid remedies.
